Routine Maintenance
Service visit(s) will be made each year to carry out the manufacturer’s specified calibration, adjustments and servicing procedures. During the visit performance to original specification will be demonstrated and approval obtained from the owners representative. Critical examination performed to ensure radiation compliance. Service labour costs are covered by these contracts unless a clause for parts in addition to labour agreement (Gold) has been agreed, any replacement parts are charged as required. A report will be provided of any necessary preventative maintenance required if appropriate.
Emergency Repair
One or more visits (subject to contract terms) will be made each year at the owners instigation. Fischer Service personnel will normally discuss the problem by telephone and/or remote support (internet access required) to establish as nearly as possible the exact fault before visiting. The visit will be made as soon as reasonably possible after notification. After fault rectification satisfactory performance to original specification will be demonstrated and approval obtained from the owners representative. A report will be provided of any necessary preventative maintenance required if appropriate.
